The Challenge
Located near Burnside, the Portland Eastside Central Office was designed as a collaborative workspace for professionals and entrepreneurs. The team was looking to furnish the space with pieces that balanced aesthetic sophistication, everyday functionality, and lasting quality—furniture that would enhance creativity, productivity, and comfort while setting a high design standard.
The Solution

PDXOriginals provided a thoughtfully curated set of furnishings to reflect the workspace’s professional and welcoming ethos. At the heart of the lounge, we placed a White Oak Coffee Table, made from sustainably sourced wood with rich grain patterns and clean lines—a centerpiece that invites conversation while withstanding daily use. To complement the table, we added our Langlitz Black Leather Studio Couch, upholstered in premium leather from Portland’s own Langlitz Leathers. With classic tufting and supple texture, the couch brings mid-century character and contemporary luxury to the space. Rounding out the lounge, Powell Chairs deliver ergonomic support with refined form, offering versatile seating for meetings or informal gatherings.

The final environment strikes a perfect balance between comfort, style, and functionality. The handcrafted furniture adds depth and warmth to the modern workspace, encouraging connection and collaboration.
